1 1/2 cups AP flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup 2% milk
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

Mix ingredients together
Pour into muffin tins
Bake at 400 for 20 min until golden
