Directions
- Dip cheese cubes in egg
- Dredge in flour
- Dip again in egg
- Roll in breadcrumbs place on wax paper and chill for one hour
- Fry chilled cubes in deep, hot oil at 375 until golden brown
- Drain cubes on paper towels
- Serve immediately with hot sauce
