Meatballs

• 1½ pounds ground beef
• ½ pound ground pork
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp parsley
• 2 garlic cloves
• 3 eggs
• 5 slices wet bread
• 2 Romano cheese triangles (grated)

Sauce

• 4 (8 ounce) cans of tomato sauce
• 4 (5 ounce) cans of tomato paste
• ¾ tsp parsley
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper
• ¾ tsp oregano
• 1 tsp sugar
