Ingredients

The ingredients are worked into the directions.

Directions

  1. Remove the husks, de-silk the ears and wash well.
  2. Using a knife (or a corn cutter) cut off just the tops of the kernels.
  3. Then using a more blunt surface (i.e., the back of the knife), scrape out the inside of the kernels.
  4. Using both the tops and the pulp, fry with a small amount of sweet milk and season with butter, salt & sugar until corn is tender.
  5. For “store-bought” corn, chop up the kernels in a blender (adding milk until the corn reaches the desired consistency).
  6. Season with butter, salt and sugar and fry until corn is tender.
