• 3-4 eggs*
• ½ stick margarine*
• ½ lb sharp cheddar cheese grated
• 2½ cups milk
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper
• *the eggs and margarine can be replaced with 2-3 cups thick white sauce – see Sauce section.
