Brownies

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and beat about 2 minutes.
2. Spread on well-greased jellyroll pan.
3. Bake 325 for 45-50 minutes.
4. Marshmallow Layer for Rocky Road Variation Take 1 large package of marshmallows and arrange on cooked hot brownies and put back in oven until melted. Spread over brownies with knife dipped in hot water.

Chocolate Frosting for Brownies

1. 2 cups sugar ½ cup cocoa 2/3 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla
2. Cook 4 minutes after it comes to a boil.
3. Remove from heat and add 1 stick butter.
4. Let stand 15 minutes before beating.
5. Beat and spread over marshmallows. Let cool.
