Directions
- Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl and then put into lightly greased pan forming a loaf.
- Top with tomato ketchup (again, optional)
- Bake on 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until center of meatloaf reaches 160 degrees.
- Remove loaf half way through baking process and pour off juice/oil (it cooks better).
- You can reserve drippings for brown gravy if not using a ketchup topping
