Warm Banana Pudding

Pie Filling

• 1 cup milk
• ½ cup sugar
• 4 tbsp flour
• Pinch salt
• 2 egg yolks (save whites for meringue)
• 1 tbsp of butter
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• Mix flour and salt, add egg yolks and milk. Stir.
• Cook in double boiler until thick. Then add butter and flavoring.

Remaining Pudding Ingredients

• Pie Filling (from above)
• 2 to 3 large Bananas, sliced
• 1 Box Nilla Wafers

Meringue Ingredients

• 3-4 egg whites
• 1/8 cup sugar
