Marzetti

Directions

1. Brown the ground beef and onion.
2. Once browned mix in the 2-3 cans of tomato soup for a thick “sauce.”
3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
4. Prepare egg noodles according to directions.
5. As noodles are cooking, melt the Velveeta and cream cheese together in a large pot.
6. Add milk a little at a time to assist in the melting process. (You are working toward a thick cheese sauce.)
7. Drain the noodles and add to the cheese mixture, coating thoroughly.
8. In a separate baking dish, layer meat sauce, pasta, meat sauce, pasta until an inch or so from the top, ending with a meat sauce layer.
9. Bake in a 375 oven for 30 minutes or until sauce is bubbling up around the sides of the pan.
10. Add the grated cheddar on top and bake until melted and golden brown
